Royal Navy Water Activity Centre Camber

Welcome to Camber Water Activity Centre

The Camber is an Royal Navy Adventurous Training primary delivery centre whose focus is to provide facilities and instruction for offshore sail training and a wide range of waterborne activities for personnel across the Service. Ideally situated right on the waterfront of Plymouth Sound, with direct access to the open sea, the centre offers a wide range of courses appealing to all levels of ability and experience.

The centre is Royal Yachting Association (RYA) and British Stand Up Paddle Boarding (BSUPA) accredited and offers both practical and theoretical courses to attendees looking for water-based challenges and activities with which to push themselves.

Dinghy and offshore sailing

Managed by trained and dedicated personnel, Camber centre offers an extensive number of water-based experiences across the local waters and further afield.

Our Royal Yachting Association accreditation, allows us to deliver a wide range of dinghy qualifications as well as offshore sailing qualifications and experiences, culminating in a yearly Canary Island expedition.

With multi-activity packages able to be delivered to all ships, establishments and Units too, we can take your adventures and challenges on the open water to another level.
